The Group Rate shall be offered for a period of three (3) nights before and
three (3) nights after the Room Block dates (April 21-24 nights), subject to
availability of rooms at the time of reservation to accommodate those who wish
to extend their visits.
All guestrooms offer complimentary high-speed wireless internet access, coffee
makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, and complimentary bottled water.
The Hotel offers two restaurants and complimentary use of the on-site fitness
center.
The Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any of the hotel's
sleeping accommodations, meeting space, food and beverage outlets and public
space.
Hotel will accept reservations made by telephone at 800-523-5002 (#1).
Meeting attendees will reference group code 693591 when making
reservations. The Hotel shall also offer individuals the opportunity to make
online reservations by way of the
Hotel's web site (http://www.lafondasantafe.com/email-group.html).

Reservations by individual guests will be confirmed only if guaranteed with a
valid credit card or deposit by check or money order. The Hotel accepts the
following credit cards: American Express/Optima, Diners Club, Discover Card,
MasterCard, or Visa. The Hotel does not require an advance deposit unless a
credit card is not available. Guaranteed reservations are held until at least
12:00 noon the following day, at which time the reservation and deposit are
forfeited. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund the
deposit if notice is received at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date;
otherwise, the guest will be charged a one-night penalty. Medical and personal
emergencies, which cause an individual cancellation or an early departure, will
not be penalized with reasonable notice to the hotel. The Hotel shall allow name
changes without any penalty. The Hotel shall promptly send a written or
electronic confirmation of room
reservation to each guest including Group name, Meeting dates, confirmation
number, room rate, and room type.
Individual group attendees may
change their hotel departure date as late as the day they arrive. Upon check-in
they will be asked to re-confirm their departure by signature. They may change
their departure date at this time with no penalty. Any guest departing before
their re-confirmed departure date will be subject to a one-time, flat fee of
$50.00. This �early-out� penalty will be limited to $50.00 (tax inclusive),
regardless of how much earlier they will be departing the hotel.
