Room rates:
Single/Double/Triple/Quad rate is $139 for a Premier room (1 king or 2 queen beds), plus taxes & fees (approx 12.59%)

Also,the Hotel requires a guarantee for the first-night deposit in advance (personal check, money order, or credit card).
Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 a.m. the morning following the reserved arrival date, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.
Should guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received at least 48 hours in advance.
If a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel will not charge an early departure fee if notice is received at least 24 hours in advance or
if caused by a medical or personal emergency. Otherwise, the hotel may charge an early departure fee equal to the one-night rate plus tax.
All guestrooms offer complimentary high-speed wireless internet access, coffee makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, and complimentary bottled water.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
