For a Traditional Room with single or double occupancy, the
room rate is $99 per night plus prevailing taxes (currently 15.3125% = 7%
lodger's tax + 8.3125% gross receipts tax).
A limited number of rooms are available, so please make your
reservations soon. Rooms at the conference rate are subject to availability.
Reservations received after February 14 will be accepted by the hotel on a
space available basis.
Guest rooms include complimentary entry to
fitness/relaxation area, complimentary high-speed wireless internet access (via
password) in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public areas of hotel, and discounted
parking in hotel's garage at $12 per vehicle per night.
Reservations by individual guests will be confirmed only if
guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit by credit card or check.
The Hotel accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Diners
Club, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. The Hotel does not require an advance
deposit unless a credit card is not available. Guaranteed reservations
are held until at least 12:00 noon the following day, at which time the
reservation and the first night's room/tax are forfeited. Should guest
cancel a reservation, the hotel shall refund deposits (if applicable) if notice
is received at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled arrival
date; otherwise, the guest will be charged a one night's room/tax
penalty. Medical and personal emergencies, which cause an individual
cancellation or an early departure, will not be penalized with reasonable
notice to the hotel. The hotel shall allow name changes without any penalty.
The hotel shall promptly send a written or electronic confirmation of room
reservation to each guest.
